Rosie Regedanz:

Rosie has been an integral part of the Plymouth/Marshall County community for the past 27 years and is now is one of the co-founders of Apex therapy Services. A graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine’s Physical Therapy program, Rosie has extended her specialty in the Ceriax and Mc Kinzie approach to orthopedic injuries, certified in Lymphedema and SASTM, and a specialist in the pediatric First Steps program.  Rosie’s involvement in the community has included but is not limited to her role as a licensed Physical Therapist and developer of the rehab program at the community hospital, certified instructor in clinical education, board member of multiple community and state organizations, co-founder of the soccer program and an aggressive and dynamic educator. In addition to her community service and development, Rosie has enjoyed raising her two sons, coaching recreational, indoor and travel soccer teams for 17 years and cooking “weird stuff.”

Steven Troyer:

Steve joined our staff in May of 2011 after completing his degree from Brown Mackie College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program.  Steve also holds an Associates degree of Applied Sciences from Vincennes University.  His interest in a career in physical therapy has evolved from his personal orthopaedic “incidents” and experiences.  Steve is a member in good standing with American Physical Therapy Association and regularly attends continuing education courses and clinics to enhance his knowledge and treatment base and keep up with the ever advancing trends in Physical Therapy.

A Plymouth native, he graduated in 1992 from PHS where he participated in numerous activities including football and track.   Steve is an active member of our community, as he is an officer  of  the Plymouth-Kilwinning Masonic Lodge #149 and is president of the local “Widow’s Sons” Masonic Riders Association.  He is also an active member of the Eagles Lodge 1900, and a past board member and coach with the Marshall County Junior Football League. He can usually be found riding and assisting at most local charity and motorcycle fundraising events.  In his “spare time” he enjoys working on his ‘55 Chevy truck, shopping with his daughter Samantha, riding his old Indian and Harley Davidson motorcycles with his wife Jennifer, and attending/supporting the Plymouth Rockies, and Oakland Raiders football teams
